I am liquidating my supplies. These packs were in the freezer but were never used for transportation. They have been defrosted and sanitized. May have nicks from having sharp edges while frozen. However, I checked them for quality control and they aren't leaking and still good for the single use.

Shipping
: All of our products ship out in 1 business day!

. Your product can also be shipped out on the same business day! However, to qualify for same-day shipping we must receive payment by 3 pm.  If you need your item faster we do offer faster shipping for a fee.
Payment
: Payment must be received within 3 days of placing the order. If it is not received we will cancel the order then relist.

Returns/Refunds
: We do accept returns. We also have a replacement service in place, just reach out to us to inquire. We have a 30-day return policy. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. If it was something we did then we will take full responsibility. If a return is initiated the item must be unused and undamaged, nonetheless, the condition it was in when you received it. That being said, not all items are returnable. A tracking number must be provided with the return.
