PROVEN QUALITY: In a 36 hour thermal test administered by a third party A2LA Accredited Environmental Test Lab, the foil shipping liners tested outperformed the competition. After 24 hours, the contents inside the cool box liners were 10° colder than EPS and 15° colder than other reflective/bubble liners. In a ISTA 7E 24-Hour Summer Heat test, thermal box liners maintained product freshness by keeping the contents under 60° F.
MULTIPURPOSE: Thermal protection for shipping temperature-sensitive products (prepared meals, biotech, cosmetics, chocolates, etc.)
SECURE PACKAGE: Thermal performance is achieved by utilizing the reflective metalized surface and insulating air encapsulated bubbles. The metalized aluminum foil allows reducing greatly the radiant heat transfer, keeping your product at a desirable temperature during transportation.
These steps can help make shipping your temperature-sensitive goods easy and will help keep the heat out and the coolness in.
1) Try to keep your temperature-sensitive products in a refrigerator before shipping.
2) Use dry ice or gel packs for better insulation and avoid using traditional ice because ice will melt.
3) Ship temperature-sensitive items quickly to minimize transit time.
UPS /FedEx / other expedited shipping service/ overnight shipping with a maximum transit time of 30-40 hours is recommended. Do not ship on Fridays or holidays to avoid potential weekend warehouse stays.
4) Avoid storage & shipping under direct sunlight.
5) Notify the receiver of the package to pick up it from a porch / front door as soon as the package dropped off by a courier

Customer Service & Returns
Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-6:30pm EST.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products if the item(s) are unused, unopened, in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. Items must not be defaced (e.g. no handwriting or other marks on packaging). We will arrange & pay for return shipping on any item that we shipped incorrectly. Return shipping fees incurred by purchaser will not be reimbursed. Returns must use shipping label(s) we provide.
Please submit a return request for a return authorization number (RA). The RA number will prevent any further delay with the return process. Please remember to keep all the original packaging and documentation in the event your item(s) needs to be returned or exchanged. If your return is not eligible for return under this policy or otherwise does not comply with this policy, you will be notified and no credit or refund will be issued and your products will not be returned to you.
